She will get a key from reception (night aide will drop key at reception= ) 2. She can go up and wake up mum -toileting -breakfast and coffee I need to walk her through how to make coffee as we use a pour over and some people get confused by that. 3. Mum has an appointment with PT person called Malailai tomorrow at 11 am. We will be arriving around then. She will need to take fob key to get in. Thanks!
