You'll find your HCL in red for the *"Total SAPs Created"* if they have not submitted all 20 unique SAPs for the quarter. If their Q4 SAP list in Salesforce appears to have 20 SAPs, please scan for accidental duplicate SAPs for the same referral accounts. You'll find your HCL in red for *"Total Approved SAPs"* if they do not have your final stamp of approval in Salesforce on all 20 SAPs. Please check your Approval Requests tab in Salesforce to remedy this.
