Please see the below summary by division for clients in need of attention due to missing or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our onboarding process. Also below is a breakdown of almost $95k open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months from Jan-Jun who account for over $39k of these open balances. The deadline for July commissions is Friday September 9th.  Please reach out to me with any discrepancies or questions. Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	West Division has dropped to the second largest open balance at just over $25k in total and $12k open for clients with start dates in Jan-Jun. 

 

Approx $95k open balance due for clients with a missing CCA or payment authorization forms. $39k open balance for clients with start dates in Jan-Jun.

Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months from Jan-May who account for $46k of these open balances. Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel. I’ve included reference images down below. Please let us know if this does not work for you.
