This is through a temporary trial of Tableau Online, a cloud based version of Tableau. We are in the process of evaluating this as our BI solution to replace the Analytics Portal site. Thank you in advance for trialing this with us! A few things to note with this transition: - All metrics except for week over week retention and grid adherence have been migrated into Tableau. - New metrics added are active caregivers and avg. / median hours per caregiver. - Canada and California Skilled Care Caregiver pricing and margin data has not yet been included as their data comes from CC as the source of truth, not Workday. This will be added in a future iteration. - Funnel metrics have been adjusted to show the visual trend of lead and opportunity volume, and conversion of the weekly cohorts within 7 days. - The dashboard is filterable by Region and Site. To view the different metric groups, please adjust the filter "Metric Segment" *To access the dashboard, please follow the instructions attached to create a Tableau Online profile first*. You will also be receiving an email welcoming you to the Tableau Online trial.
