If your clients have not downloaded the app following their emailed invitation, please reach out to them to provide clarity on the benefits of TheKey App. A few notes: *Column A *- mark this if the office has contacted the invitee *Column B* - mark this if the invitee says they have accessed the app (this should match up with Column E, but if not, please flag - we will investigate) *Column C* - if the client needs to be removed from email list (deceased) *Column D* - if the client needs to be removed from email list (inactive) *Column F* - a green phone number will automatically populate here if our data reflects that this invitee has used the app Please let me know if you have any questions!
