Tim,
Just keeping you in the loop and I have a question.

Four months ago I had GM Laura Horval open a rec for a new (additional) HCL
position in Cincinnati. I asked that the corporate office not recruit for
it. We are handling that at the local level.

We have a very strong candidate that Laura and I are meeting with next
week. She’s currently a sales rep for a Cincinnati placement agency that we
are familiar with and we’ve gotten to know Emily over the past year. We
would be offering her $75k starting + full HCL commission plan.

Who is in charge of the HCL hiring process? I’d like to coordinate with
them once we have an offer in place.
