Hi Tim,
Just letting you know that I worked on the brief + project plan today. I
will send these in the next few days.
Even with the notes I've managed to take so far, it's going to be very
challenging to scope the hours we need until we get access to brightspot
and refine details such as the SEO strategy and co-branding. I'm struggling
because normally we're completely in charge of strategy and execution,
which makes it possible to quote based on previous projects and
experiences. In this case, we're not in charge of strategy and there's no
project plan already laid out for us to digest. As I create a project plan,
I will need input from you, Jonathan, and others to help develop our
understanding of the exact scope we're expected to deliver on.
I'm thinking we can start on this refinement of the project plan scope
next week?
