I understand you have had some issues with service lately and I am very sorry to hear that and will do my best to rectify that. As I am studying up on your dad's care, and learning more in depth about his case, I would like you to know that I am your Main Point of Contact moving forward. I am passionate about what I do and that reflects in the care I provide to all my Clients, and I'm happy that your dad will be well taken care of under my leadership. I do apologize for all of the changes that have happened and lack of communication, but rest assured that won't happen again. I will be coming from Waterloo so I could be there around noon as I do have to drop my son off to school for 9 AM and will leave from there after.
