We closed out 2016 with record numbers on all fronts and we are excited for an amazing 2017. *December Milestones* - Steve Hanson of Rockwall TX, Manpreet Dhalla of Fort Lauderdale FL and Cherie and Steve Coe of Jefferson County CO all surpassed the 50K mark and Andrew Hodge of Austin TX surpassed the 200K mark! Congratulations! *Exceptional Growth Sites* =E2=80=93 Last year we began a new award for sit= es who surpassed 1M in growth YOY. This year we are excited to announce our growth leaders. Congratulations to Atlanta and Cincinnati for growing over 1M in a single site in one year. This is an exceptional honor for both of these sites. *Red Carpet Club *=E2=80=93 We are excited to announce our 2017 Red Carpet = Club members. This exclusive club is reserved for sites that surpass the 3M mark in a given calendar year. The benefits of the Red Carpet Club can be seen in the attached document. The 2017 members are St. Louis (Jeff Schweikert), Milwaukee (Rick Cohen), Columbus (Lori Wengard), Vancouver (Carolina Orosa), Chicago (Margalit Tocher), Albuquerque (Susan Bruketta), Cincinnati (Will Reid and Steve Sudberry) and Atlanta (Scott Brann). Congratulations to our top performing sites! *Stretch Awards* =E2=80=93 We had six sites reach their stretch goals in 20= 16. Sites that surpass their stretch goals are awarded 50% royalty reduction for the remaining portion of the year, after they hit their goal. The sites this year to hit stretch goals were Placer County CA, Palm Beach FL, Grand Strand SC, Lincoln NE, Prescott AZ and Charleston SC. Congratulations on a great year! *FAC Update* - The Franchise Advisory Council had a great call earlier this month to kick off 2017. We discussed the successes from 2016 and a general strategic plan for 2017. The four committees (Operations, Marketing, Client Care and Employee Care) have all began initial discussions about their specific focus for 2017. We will have some great detail about the work being done with each committee in the coming months. *New Procedures* - Home Care Assistance franchise locations continue to grow at a record pace. This growth includes both existing site sales increases and new site openings. We have reached a level where more specific procedures must be put in place to ensure that all franchisees are meeting the requirements of the FDD, specifically marketing the HCA brand properly, spending the required amount each month on marketing, keeping insurance up to date and being fiscally responsible. The decision has been made to begin auditing each of these areas throughout the year. We are currently looking at systems that will allow each office to upload marketing receipts, P&L=E2=80=99s, and insurance documents each month. Unti= l the best syste
