I am very much underpaid with my qualifications and many many wealthy years of experience. At L'artisan Residence , where I have always worked, you can not believe that I am the least paid PAB there. Some PABs, most of them without any qualifications, but still get $18/h, plus gas allowances, from their Agencies. I have always complained of gas car's gas consumption, due to its distance. Upon hiring me, Ms Mariela told me that after 60 days or so, I will get a pay raise and that $14.50 was just to start and kick me off. I think NOW is the time to ask for it.
