Hi Elizabeth,      I just completed the changes required, and tested sending an e-mail to etransfer@thekey.com. It spawned a ticket in the Payment Application queue as requested, and I believe is now working as expected. Previous e-mails to etransfer@thekey.com are still available in the groups.google.com interface under etransfergroup@thekey.com. Currently the only member is Tim Thomas, but I can add any others to view the messages in that Group. Please let me know who would need access.  I'm not sure what you mean by firewall blocking, but any e-mail sent to etransfer@thekey.com is currently being delivered to the e-mail Group. I will need to rename the e-mail group to apply that e-mail address to the Freshdesk queue, and have not had a chance to do so yet.

 It doesn't look like the bank verification emails are making their way into the group conversation page. Is there a spam folder or somewhere else these could be ending up?

 I've been working on this modification to FreshDesk, and I'm running into some trouble with keeping the etransfer Google Group while also delivering those messages to the Payment Application Support Group in Freshdesk. If the e-mails received are spawning tickets in FreshDesk, is the e-mail group still necessary?
