Team, We will be implementing a *4% rate increase* for all active clients who began services *prior to June 1, 2025*. *The following client groups are excluded from this increase:* - VA Clients - Clients with a “Partner Rate Exception = True” - CareScout Partnership Clients Rate increase approvals will be assigned in *Salesforce* this week and must be reviewed and approved by the GM *no later than Friday, October 10*. Any approvals not actioned by this deadline will be *automatically approved*, and corresponding client notifications will be issued. Please note: *No exceptions will be made* to this rate increase policy. *Effective Dates & Notice Requirements* - *No Notice Required:* Effective *October 27* - *30-Day Notice Required:* Effective *November 24* - *60-Day Notice Required:* Effective *December 29* - *Notices to be sent October 13, 2025 * Your timely review and approval are essential to ensure smooth communication and implementation.
