She was one of our biggest referral sources when Lindsey and I operated our Home Instead franchise. She referred us a billionaire client whose company is a household name. We provided exceptional service and the referrals only grew from there. Stephanie also used to refer to Home Care Assistance, but we took that business over time. Her biggest gripe with HCA was the "minimums", as many of her clients did not initially require that level of service, but she was confident would grow into something more substantial. I am not sure if she still has any involvement in a company called PointClickCare, but it was intended to compete with ClearCare. Her and another friend of mine started the company together.
