We know they are the heart of this organization and we wanted to create some videos to recognize the exceptional work they do for our clients.=E2=80=9D =E2=80=9CWe are working with a video production company, thismatters2me for= this project. One of the producers, Chris Wynn, was a caregiver for his father who had Dementia and has made 2 films about Dementia and caregiving. Stephanie, is a social worker who has specialized in working with seniors and their families. We have known Stephanie for years and have full confidence that this team will respect our clients and caregivers and all that we stand for.=E2=80=9D Sample of Questions we will ask the caregiver/customer/family =C2=B7 What are some activities you do together? =C2=B7 Specific questions regarding eating/cooking, medication, mob= ility assistance, etc. if applicable =C2=B7 What was it like when your first met? =C2=B7 Why are you a caregiver? For how long? =C2=B7 How does the HC office staff support you? =C2=B7 How has your life improved by Roz=E2=80=99 help? =C2=B7 How has your life improved by helping Mrs. X? =C2=B7 Describe a day =C2=B7 How does Roz make you feel? =C2=B7 How has your life improved (for caregiver and client)? =C2=B7 What is your relationship like with Mrs. X=E2=80=99s family? =C2=B7 Etc. If you have any knowledge of what a day in the life of this client looks like let us know so we can prompt questions related to this. Also, if they go grab a coffee or take a walk we would like to get some shots outside the home so let us know in advance. On the day of the shoot, we will be at the home between 3-4 hours. It will be just Chris and I but the family and a HC staff is welcome. Anyone who is there must fill out the release and the client must sign, in addition, a location release (for thismatters2me and for HC Assistance).
