Quick question, is the NPI number that CommonHeart utilizes to bill the VA associated with only the homecare line of business or does it encompass home health or hospice or both?

Attached is the initial draft of an agreement like we discussed. Please note this is subject to change slightly and we still need to work out the details of the Interim Management agreement section, but I want to get this over for your team to start reviewing. We will need the items highlighted in yellow from you as well.
I have also called, and followed up with the VA to try and get written confirmation that it would be fine to have you hire all employees and Commonheart continue to bill for services while The Key goes through the process of obtaining network approval with Optum VA.
I have copied Mark Pietrowiak on this email. He is our VP of Business Development and may step in to help with some items if I am out of pocket next week while on vacation. I will plan to have my computer and cell phone to work through this as much as possible.
