I'm so sorry!

We lost 2 tier 1 client's - one of them passed away and the other ran out
of funds and moved to LTC. Then I have the tier 1 client that I was
telling you about that we do 24/7 with every other week and her daughter
stays with her the alternating week. Her daughter has been stuck here due
to weather for 3 weeks so she canceled us. We are scheduled to start back
up on the 23rd.

Our pipeline....the good news is that Laddish is getting ready to sign the
paperwork and will be a tier 1 client. We are working on getting her
CareScout number for her paperwork and we are good to go. While it looks
good at first glance the majority of them are turning out to be tier 1
clients that want someone to stop by and check that mom took her meds or 2
hour shifts twice a week. Jake and Amy just completed an assessment and the
woman wants 4 hours tomorrow and 4 on Sunday but also asked it she could
cancel Sunday on Saturday.
