Your franchise team is shaking things up a bit while making final preparations for our Weirdest conference ever. Please review the important information listed below so you are fully prepared to make the most out of the conference. 1. *Agenda* - A copy of the agenda is attached for your review. The agenda will not be printed this year (utilize the mobile app) so print a copy at your office if you want one at the conference. A few important points to keep in mind: - Wednesday, October 23rd Pre-Conference attendees *must register *at our check-in table before going to your training session rooms. The registration will be from 8am-9am in the *Paramount Ballroom Foyer*. - There is no catered breakfast on Wednesday morning so please grab a bite to eat before training begins at 9am. We will be serving a catered lunch on Wednesday. - *Breakfast *begins at 7:00am on Thursday, Oct. 24th in the Paramount Ballroom*.* *You won't want to miss the opening minutes of our convention - it will be so weird *so be in your seat at 8:30am sharp - in the* Continental Ballroom* . Attendees that did not attend a Wednesday training session will need to check-in before 8:30am in the * Continental Ballroom Foyer*. - *Cocktail Reception *begins at 6pm on Thursday, Oct. 24th in the *Paramount Ballroom*. - *Awards Dinner* begins at 7pm in the *Continental Ballroom*. Make sure to pick up your meal card before heading into the dinner. We want to remind everyone that this is a formal event, so dress to impress! Ladies= , it's a chance to break out your favorite cocktail dress, and gentlemen, it=E2=80=99s an opportunity to get re-acquainted with your suit and tie. 2. *Conference Mobile App - *The mobile app will be the hub of information for all conference events. *Make sure to download the app to your mobile device before arriving at the Conference.* The key features of the app include: - *Schedule: *All of the event times and room locations are listed. You will be able to view the description of each session by clicking on the session. - *Attendees: *All attendees will be listed in this section. *Make sure to upload your photo in the "edit profile" area*, found by selecting the three bar menu and clicking on your name. - *Sponsors: *View all of this years sponsors. You will have access to their contact information and any brochures they have attached to their profiles. - *Speakers: *View a bio of all speakers from outside of Home Care Assistance - *Map: *Access a city map with "pins" highlighting the Westin, The Broken Spoke and the airport. - *Contest: *Get as many points as possible by visiting all of our sponsors and other fun tasks.
