We offer the following services: - Web architecture - Web design - Web development - SEO - Branding - Copywriting And more... There seems to be a whole lot of overlap in these areas when it comes to strategy with Jonathan, brightspot, and potential other marketing vendors (the one from calgary), or the copywriter Amanda. Therefore it's very unclear to me what exactly U7 is implementing when the roles are not clearly defined. Secondly, my understanding was that your team would be coordinating the following, or at least to a certain extent. So again, I don't know what the expectation is for us here. - Lead flow - salesforce integration - Recruitment platform integration - ICIMS As I mentioned in another email I wrote yesterday, we normally work with very detailed project plans so that we can scope out our hours appropriately. I'm going to try to develop one for this project but I will need a lot more understanding of the overlap in roles and responsibilities. THings are moving slower than I expected in terms of gaining information and I hope you understand that we do not have a defined scope yet. Lets schedule a meeting near the end of the week to go over the project plan i'm putting together? If we could focus on key decision makers only, that would be helpful I think.
