If we need new hires, recruitment can work on it. Please remember that Burlington and Oakville staff are much more expensive than other cities. Good hires these days are around 20 per hour. We should be good if we are billing at $38 and above. If we can dissuade split shifts, it would be better for operations. A discount on the rate if they take a straight 8hr shift?
