I have to report back to the board and Tad on deal performance, so this kind of color is super important. I know our own internal team took over the website and whatnot at closing and we had errors shortly after that. I assume there must have been something missed in that transition. I'll regroup with Alexa and the corporate marketing team to ensure they've fixed this issue moving forward. Unfortunately, we had a very similar situation occur in Palm Beach and Naples, Florida when transitioning to Alexa and team from SABA. Thanks for flagging it.
