Timon wants me to handover the ones which are highlighted in Yellow, then I will be left with 708 hrs only. The reason I wanted to keep that list because it took me years to built strong relationship with the family, care team and the Client. Tony Campoli's family already mentioned that they don't want another Case Manager in my presence. There are 2 clients in the list: Susan F and Monid S- they had a case management change in Jan 2024, wouldn't appreciate another change. Hope you will be able to guide and help me.
