VCH is not an issue - the amounts owing are taxes which we are not suppose to be charging them for.

The terms are set by a contract and if we have any issues they get resolved.

The clients below have a history of not paying/keeping up with their balance, are aware of being behind, and going on vacations before paying TheKey for services we’ve already provided. I cannot rationalize why we’re going to continue providing services to clients with these patterns. I would propose we get them on autopay w/30-day terms, or we start adding interest to their invoices when they become past due. 

 

How have we progressed since last week and what are their balances? 

 

*	Robert Gowans - Payments are declining weekly, client is not answering calls or responding to emails. Local office has not had luck with the customer either. Client pays but is never up to date. Local office has threatened previously to end services and customer paid balance. Timon Page to speak to the client. 
*	Tanzil-Ur-Rehman Muahmmad - Client is only depositing so much money to pay her balances, but is not depositing enough to keep up with her balance. Client had just gone on vacation as per Timon Page, client is expected to pay on Monday 11/11/2024. Timon Page to speak to the client directly.

Here are the notes from the meeting:

*	Manoir Outremont Residence - We are awaiting a payment from the facility but have still not received it. Michelle Spoke with Gina from the facility but Gina is on vacation until 11/25/2024. Michelle to follow up when she returns. Michelle left a message with the receptionist to see if we could get an alternative contact before then. Joey Taylor to assist when Gina returns. 
*	Vancouver Coastal Health - Sharon Speirs has not been able to speak with Nazrine, but has resubmitted invoices to the facility. Just awaiting facility to process invoices. 
*	CDHC - Michelle has been following up with the top 10, stating she has been working through it pretty smoothly. A CDHC representative has stated Michelle can go onto the portal to check on individual accounts. Payments expected shortly. 

 

Sharon Speirs had a question about removing the tax flag on all of the Vancouver Coastal Health accounts, since they are a Government entity. Sharon wanted to make sure she didn't cause an issue when switching off the tax. Lito and Wil to connect with Kristy to do an audit and see if there was an impact. FD Ticket# 918132.
