Historically Michelle B has asked us not to charge them those fees and said they cannot pay via card as a result.

Depends on the amounts. Typically Etransfers have a daily limit of 10k. Could be cumbersome.

 

I suspect they also like their CC points. I sure did when I was a franchisee.

To fully automate the process and reduce overhead managing this, we would move them into Versapay and require they pay PAD. 2nd option would be eTransfer to the bank, and then 3rd would be the below. The option below is unlike all other processing for the most part and with variety comes potential for error, but I am unfamiliar with what Kartik has presented below.
