Hi Tim, that was a fun meeting! We were not sure what to expect but it was
good to get all the information first hand from Brightspot about the US
implementation and learn about their CMS. Also nice to confirm that we'll
be using that platform and that they can clone an instance for us to work
on. Seems like there'll be some good collaboration and synergies between
all of us. In terms of moving forward, we would like to get started on the
planning and strategy for this project to map out the scope and identify
responsibilities. Here's a first draft of the high-level deliverables we've
captured today that need to be scoped and broken down further between
ourselves and Brightspot:
- Translations
- Copywriting
- QC branding
- Integrations with salesforce
- Form/leads generation
- De-risk the SEO impact by starting with temporary domain transitions
- Impact on multiple GMB or Social Media page profiles?

- Local content approach

As requested, we can create a slack room with Brightspot and Home Care
Alliance so that we can engage in further discussions and move these items
forward. The most pressing matter is to flesh out a project plan with clear
roles and responsibilities. This will take some time, we're asking for 30
hours to be approved right now, and any unused time will get put towards
the project.
