Good morning Cathy and Jim, Nelly saw the doctor this morning. Harry might be discharged back to the Ken= sington in a day or two. The doctor told Nelly that his urinalysis is clear,= and his wounds on his legs are not infected even though they are larger.=20= They will organize for him to have a geriatric assessment, as an outpatient= , to assess his disorientation and confusion. The doctor told Nelly that it c= ould be the start of dementia, but geriatrics would need to follow up.=20 I also wanted to let you know that I received his fan, and I will bring it t= o him when he is back home.=20 Take care, Maria Maria Licoudis, Registered Nurse, C.N.C.C, N.M.C Care Manager Home Care Assistance mlicoudis@homecareassistance.com www.homecareassitancemontreal.ca Office: 514-907-5065=
