In order to do this, we would have to set-up your account with the following: 1. Secure Message Delivery (Texting) Basically the answering service will send you a text message, stating you have a new secure message on the secure PCMSI website. You simply click on the app you have installed on your smartphone to goto the secure site, and view your messages. That's it. There is an additional cost for this service. It is an extra $3.00 per cell phone. 2. Secure Email (Portal) We can notify you via email that you have a new message on our secure portal. The portal can be accessed by going to: https://www.pcmsisecure.com/a If you want to go this route, I would just need user name(s) for those accessing the portal. They should be up to 15 characters in length with no special characters, i.e.: !@#$%etc.. The passwords will be pre-set and you can change them accordingly. There is no cost for this. Please give me a call with any questions. Jeff Jeffrey A.
