Sorry for the delay. There's nothing wrong with the data or our location hierarchy as I first suspected. You don't have the option to filter by Calgary in All Client Feedback because you don't have a response from Calgary in the time period filtered. See examples below. When you expand the time period in the filter to last 3 months you get Calgary as an option. Does this answer your question? The NPS was zero at one point because you had the same amount of promoters (9-10) as you did detractors (0-6). NPS is % of promoters - % of detractors.
