Good afternoon,

A new Canadian Vacation Policy was emailed July 2023. The maximum vacation
time on the policy is three weeks (15 days) at 6%. The original contract I
had signed stated that I would have four weeks (20 days) at 8%. I would
like to confirm this is still the case. I have attached the
original contract for your review.

The new policy was emailed June 21st, 2023 with an expiration follow-up on
June 23rd. I received an email July 19th that the document had been
completed with DocuSign. I was on sick leave during that time so I was not
the one who had completed it. Is it possible that someone was able to sign
on my behalf via DocuSign?
