They are finding that Hisense works fine for most job postings. However, there is a situation when there may need to be a quick posting for a job and because it takes 3 to 4 days on iCIMs to get a job posted, they are forced to use Indeed for these very specific job postings. I am wondering if you have any idea why it takes 3 to 4 days for a job posting to become active through items, or if there is anything that can be done to improve the time it takes for a job posting to go live. I cannot imagine that Canada is the only team that has had to deal with this issue, so hopefully we can lean on the experience of those that went into iCIMs last year and how they've handled this need.
