We are down t= o final weeks before Workday goes live. Everyone needs to attend please and u= nderstand new processes as it will impact paychecks if not done correctly. I= encourage you all to please attend if you have not and ensure your listed t= eam does as well. Thanks all. We had abou= t 55% leadership participation. I can=E2=80=99t state strongly enough that t= his is a WHOLE NEW WAY OF TRACKING TIME (old methods being shut down in a fe= w weeks) and those who choose not to pay attention will likely have team mem= bers that may not get paid. These leaders will be reminded again on Monday, a= nd they will be sent the recorded training. Please review the list and rein= force the importance with your leaders.=20 > =20 > Our non-exempt population will be invited to trainings this coming week. = For any hourly team member that tracks their own time on paper or in some ot= her system that is going away, this will be the new approach and there is no= option except to engage with Workday and submit their time in a timely, aut= omated fashion. Both the leader=E2=80=99s awareness and reinforcement of th= is change and our hourly population understanding their role in it is critic= ally important. With many, many options for training and reinforcement (whi= ch will continue past go live) we=E2=80=99re trying to avoid any missing pay= checks or team member=E2=80=99s trauma stating they didn=E2=80=99t know abou= t this important change. Chuck will be covering this topic, again, at the T= own Hall next week in case anyone has missed the messaging and invites on Wo= rkplace. > =20 > Thank you, > =20 > J. --Apple-Mail-110BEBA9-C755-46D3-9C50-5EADE1A1DE1E Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary=Apple-Mail-F1870AC6-8519-42EA-9A53-D3E0B05580D4 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit --Apple-Mail-F1870AC6-8519-42EA-9A53-D3E0B05580D4 Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi all - I know everyone is busy and in som= e cases may be off.
