That is how I trained HR when we turned process over to them. IDPH expects us to. They provide this information as a guide to our hiring decisions. IDPH guidelines requires we check this site within two weeks of hire, because we cannot obtain caregiver social security numbers prior to hire. The caregiver in question worked at four or five agencies for two to five weeks, as a home maker or personal care worker. So, this caregiver is either coming on in between private gigs. A $405 investment on our part. Or, she is behaving in such a way she is terminated after a very short time. Either way there is a red flag. Does that help?
