I clocked her out at 4pm as this was an unforeseen circumstance. - *6:39pm* - *Lachhmi *could not clock in. - *8:44pm *- *A365* called saying that *Rhonda *said that her relief had not shown up yet for *Giselda*. I was a little confused as *Rhonda *was scheduled until 9am tomorrow, yet *Ravneet *was scheduled from 9pm-6am. When I called *Rhonda* back she explained that *Ravneet *was there for respite and that *Rhonda *needed sleep. I told her that *Ravneet *was scheduled to be there at 9pm. *Thursday* - *7:22am* - *Kristyn *called saying that her relief had not arrived. I looked at the schedule and nobody was booked in until 10am. I told her she could leave but thankfully she knew that there is supposed to be a live-in and *Ann *could not be left alone. I tried calling *Escalyn *but she didn't pick up. Thank you, *Cheryl*, for helping me out. When I called *Escalyn *back at 8:06am she was waiting for a taxi. - *8:00am* - *A365 *emailed a message (I did not receive a phone call) that *Tonya *was being released at 8am but CG was not scheduled to pick her up until 8:30am. I did not notice the message until 8:55am. I called *Tonya *and she said she was at home and *Helina *was on her way. Oakville *Wednesday* - *6:29pm *- *Patricia *at *Tansley Woods* emailed many shifts starting from this Saturday until November 11. I entered all the shifts into the system. They had also gone to *Esther *directly and she accepted an extra 6 shifts. I scheduled her in and emailed her to confirm.
