DocuSign --> PandaDoc Transition

Happy Friday, everyone!
All of you received an invitation to PandaDoc training yesterday and there
have been a few questions about what PandaDoc is, how to access it (don't
worry, you don't need to access it yet, your invitation will come next
week), and what the training is for.

Hello everyone!
As follow up to the announcement made to leadership last week, this message
will serve as an official notification to all employees of the
company's transition
away from DocuSign to PandaDoc effective August 30, 2022.
*What to Expect:*
On August 30, 2022:

   - All DocuSign user accounts will transition to "receive only" status. This
   means you will no longer be able to send new envelopes from DocuSign.
   - DocuSign envelopes still awaiting signature will be accessible and
      executable by all parties.
      - All current DocuSign users will receive an invitation via email to
   activate your PandaDoc Account (this will be delivered to your @

   - We will use Single Sign On for PandaDoc as we do for most company-wide
      applications.
      - PandaDoc will automatically integrate with Salesforce for
   streamlined document delivery! All Salesforce users will notice a
   PandaDoc tab in all Opportunity and Assessment records.
   - *TRAINING* will be provided by the PandaDoc Implementation team and
   TheKey Product Team.
   - Calendar invitations will be sent to all current DocuSign users with
      different day and time options. *You only need to accept one
      invitation for training.*
      - Training will be recorded and hosted on LMS for those who cannot
      attend in person.
      - *THEKEY UNIVERSAL CLIENT CONSENT AGREEMENT* will launch in
   cooperation with PandaDoc. All TheKey integrated locations will transition
   to this Universal CCA at this time as required by TheKey Legal team.
   - *THEKEY UPDATED PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION PROCESS* will also launch in
   cooperation with PandaDoc. All TheKey integrated locations will transition
   to this updated process as required by TheKey Finance Department.
