Cost of rent in GTA: 1 bedrooms range from $2300 - $2500 these days. 2. Base salary not being enough to cover financial needs. Since there=E2=80= =99s no data to show past success in hitting targets, I=E2=80=99d have to assume an= d financially plan with $80k. The company I=E2=80=99m going with offered $95k base with another $10k in v= ariable. They=E2=80=99re in tech, and it=E2=80=99s not sales but customer success. A= dditionally, they offered 4 weeks vacation and benefits from day 1. Maybe in the future something could come up. I wish you and the team all the best in your search.
