I think he will be a great asset to the team and to the growth of our market. Sugas can come in at 10 am and I will greet him personally. The names of our two CSMs are Claire McCorquodale and Kristal Parris. I will ensure they are also on-hand, providing they do not have any assessments. Our CG Manager is Kathryn Nester. I will see if she can come into the office at some point that week to introduce herself. Otherwise, I or another member of my team - Amrita Veena or Meera Ladani for example - can walk Sugas through our CG onboarding, training and support processes. We are currently in the process of "re-orientations" of our CGs who have been with us for longer than 6 months. I will get back to you on a date when Sugas can join one of these or one of our orientations in September. Our Pipeline is on Wednesdays so he can join the one on Sept. 4th.
