As a result of my research, analysis and reading on the subject over the pa= st few weeks, I've listed the requirements that need to be met in order to = bid on public tenders in Ontario in the following dashboard: https://docs.g= oogle.com/spreadsheets/d/1MK_1pgl9juGyRAE63GJCzt0f4mmSaJvLdqeGn58-fgA/edit?= usp=3Dsharing The Ontario Tenders Portal (OTP) is the ''new'' electronic tendering (eTend= ering) system for the government of Ontario. As of April 1, 2014, OTP becam= e the designated eTendering system for the government of Ontario ministries= and procurement opportunities were no longer posted on MERX after March 31= , 2014. We only need to register on OTP website to access all Ontario government te= nders. There is no charge to download tender documents from OTP, unlike MER= X, which currently costs approximately $960 per year before taxes. I registered my company on the OTP website so that I can view tenders. Howe= ver, according to the terms and conditions of Ontario tenders: ''A Supplier= may not collect documents or dispense them to a third party. A Supplier ma= y not submit tenders on behalf of a third party.'' This means you'll need t= o create an account for your company, from which I'll be able to prepare bi= ds, much like the SEAO website in Quebec. You=92ll find all the info in the= first point of the dashboard. I hope this meets your expectations. If this way of presenting the informat= ion suits you, I can start Alberta right away. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate. Have a great day!
