Hey Tim,
Steve and I have a few questions about the Bonus Plan.
- Our RA Program at the Deupree House should be classified as a "Major
Line of Business" and excluded from the margin metric. Can you assist with
this?
- Are Sales and BD expenses included or excluded in the EBITDA
calculation?
- My and Steve's owner's salaries should not be included in the EBITDA
calculation. Can you assist with this?
- Please confirm that our targets will be reset for January i.e., Google
reviews for January should be 1
- Are Steve and I going to be involved in the 2025 budget process?
Assuming so when does that happen? We want to share this with the team.
After you review this, Steve, Laura, and I would like to have a call with
you to discuss the reporting. We have a few questions about it.
