I shared this with Tim, but thought that you all may benefit from it as well. My push on the Great Lakes for the next 2 weeks is to get our CG Connect App Usage as close to 100% as possible. I asked the team to send out a blast to the CG's and we are doing a drawing as well. Please feel free to copy and paste!! Hi Team Great Lakes! Our huge initiative in the next 2 weeks will be getting ALL of our caregivers using the app. Our goal is to have all of the offices in The Great Lakes at 95%!! I am going to list out a few items that will be helpful for the internal team to be able to walk the caregiver through the app. Effective today, 8/8/22, we will no longer "just" clock the CG in and out. They must use the app. If a caregiver doesn=E2=80=99t have a smartphone, p= lease mark them with the =E2=80=9CNo smartphone/Old tech=E2=80=9D tag in their Cl= earCare profile. They can continue to use telephony to clock in and out and this will not hurt our scores. Here are the slides that will help walk you through the CG Connect 2.0. The App support team can assist from 5am-5pm via email, app-support@thekey.com or the CG can call or text *(925) 359-9083. *I would suggest to the CG to take screen shots of the issue and send it to that number. We can also use this email and phone number for assistance. If a caregiver calls in and says it is saying they are getting a message that they are in the wrong place, still have them clock in and the app will ask them to give a reason. Then please email/text the app team the details so that they can help to correct the issue. Please send out a blast through ClearCare to all CG's tomorrow. I have created a template for you to use.
