Ontario - Sept & Oct Wins: - Hired 2 new HCLs and one new CGM - Have booked a meeting with RowanOak Private Wealth Counsel to participate in an event that would feature TheKey as one of four expert guest speakers, each of whom will be presenting for 45 minutes to an hour. The speakers would be presented as being experts in their chosen fields, and the purpose would be to generate leads for those speakers and share valuable advice and information for the audience. - Amanda has booked a luncheon with all the Regional Directors of Cogir properties in and around the GTA which bodes well for future referrals. - CHATS continues to show interest in using us but are at the end of their budget cycle and therefore decision-making has been slow. That said, meetings continue and future collaboration is still very probable. - Received a referral from Toronto General Hospital which is huge. That, combined with the launch of our ad in the Patient Directory of TGH as well as Toronto Western and Princess Margaret should produce more referral in the near future. - Have successfully created an account with CareDove, the referral app for the Mississauga Ontario Health tema portal, which is now live. Challenges: - Lost 5 Tier 1 clients in October. 1 to LTC, 1 moved away, 2 died, 1 went to hospital and 1 one to a competitor over price - our rate to them was $36/hr. A loss of 650+ hrs per week. - Poor quality leads have resulted in low hour clients and/or short-term ones. - A couple of our new CG hires resulted in poor compatibility with new clients we placed them with, resulting in the need to do damage control.
