With it being National Senior Independence Month (US), we want to put some emphasis in February on Safety and Independence for our aging population.

Special considerations for the psychological impact of the fear of falling. Practical, low- to no-cost safety solutions will be explored, concluding with actionable next steps to enhance home safety.

1. B2B: Utilize this checklist as a resource to provide to your B2B Professional partners. Print out copies for them to have available to them to hand out when they see signs of safety concerns or have a home in need of evaluation

Mimeo and Coupa Reminder
------------------------------------------------------------
I wanted to give a reminder that our new Mimeo Marketplace for ordering collateral and promo (which replaced the Brand Center) has a two step ordering process.
Many people seem to be completing the first step but not both, and then their orders are not fulfilled properly due to missing steps.
This Mimeo Marketplace CAREZone Page (https://carezone.thekey.com/thekey/ls/content/3069705101007327/mimeo-marketplace-faqs) has a step-by-step guide with snapshots to ensure your order is completed correctly.
Biggest Callouts:
1. There is a TWO STEP checkout process. One is your cart submission in Mimeo, the second is completing the Coupa page that you're directed to immediately after submitting your Mimeo order. You must complete the items Commodity of "Brand Center Sales" or "Brand Center Operations" depending on your role. See image below. Then submit this Coupa page to COMPLETE your order.
2. Your General Manager needs to go into Coupa and approve your order.
3. All of the steps above must be done within 5 days (120 hours) otherwise, the order will be cancelled. So I recommend you always give your GM a heads up when you've ordered and ask them to please review/approve. (Our vendor is looking into if we can extend this 5 day window, but for now, this is the standard.)

New Life Enrichment Guide - Coming in February

A new Life Enrichment Guide will be shipping to you all in February. Please be on the lookout for more information on shipment tracking and plan accordingly for visits to your accounts and possible Life Enrichment Events within your communities.
