After looking at the two Winnipeg locations, they were jointed together in 2022, and moved into the #344 – 530 Kenaston Boulevard we were not told kept the location at “600 St Anne's Rd, #140, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2M 2S2”.

We can extend liability coverage from the current policy to cover that location until Nov 30/2024.

You are still responsible for the location because you have signed a lease and if it is vacant you must have it inspected every three days to make nothing happens to it as example “water damage”.

We have two offices in Winnipeg. The Kenaston office, and a 2nd (600 St Anne's Rd, #140, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2M 2S2) which is decommissioned and vacant. The lease expires at the end of November 2024. Please advise if any coverage exists and / or is required.

Please find attached the forms required in order to prepare for your upcoming renewal.

Attached are:

  1.  Renewal Updates Form – please review, make any corrections as required, complete the updates information, sign and return the form.
  2.  Statement of Values Form - your policy currently carries a Co-Insurance Waiver. Please complete the form by reviewing the limits, revise as required, sign and return BOTH pages along with the updates form.

•NOTE •
•         Facility staffing is now specifically excluded from the Home Healthcare Program policy.
•         If you are providing staff to any facility (long term care home/retirement home/hospital/etc.), your policy can be endorsed to include facility staffing coverage.
•         This exclusion does not apply if you are contracted by an individual whose home is a care facility
o    the service contract must be between your company and the individual
o    Contracts written in the facility name are considered ‘Facility Staffing’
•         You must complete Section B on the updates form so that we can ensure you have the coverage you need.
