Takes about 3-4 weeks. Sent approx 2 weeks ago California - This is with the state of California. It's a paper process and takes about 3-4 weeks. About 2-3 more weeks to go. Texas - There was a tax issue with this entity that Michael had to resolve before we could file a dba. We just got the tax clearance today. Our registered agent (R.A.) will file for the dba today. I'm told the proces= s takes 2-3 weeks. Wisconsin - We got the word that this form is good to go. Paul is getting the form notarized today. Our R.A. will submit it ASAP. Takes about 2-3 weeks. Canada New entity, LiveWell Care Management, Inc. - Our outside counsel is completing new paperwork to create this nationwide entity. Waiting on forms and will have them signed asap. Afte= r submission, I estimate it'll take a few weeks to process. I'll update yo= u as I learn more. Consolidating all Canadian entities (except LiveWell) under HCA Home Care Assistance Canada, Inc. - Our attorneys advise that the best time to do this would be at the beginning of the fiscal year. Michael in Tax agrees. I understand that t= he new fiscal year will start 1/1/2025. We are targeting this date to consolidate all Canadian entities. Note: LiveWell will still be a separate entity since it has different services. After consolidation, we will have a total of two entities in Canada.
