Hi Lauren,

1&2.Right now the only French training material would be the orientation document, which technically can be considered our welcome kit and training materials.  You can use it as you see fit.

3. I’ve attached a copy of our Care Notes (Notes de Soins) which is a document for the caregiver to track the daily care activity, etc. and a monitoring tool for us to manage care ongoing.
4. We use a bilingual invoice and I have attached a sample.
5. We only have for office employees and they are in English.  We do use them for caregivers.
