Inquiry if i can use your business as a reference / Beaconsfield, QC

Hi team,
I was wondering if you think this is a task that you would be willing to work with. I had spoken to one of your coordinators in the past, and had informed me how you guys are a pretty high grade senior service where you can deal with a variety of situations. There are multiple layers to this request so please let me know if this fits some of your service areas.

I am actually a 3rd party help center where I locate resources for our requestors, and my caller resides in Toronto. Her mother who is in her 80s recently lost her husband, and she currently lives in Beaconsfield, QC (west island of Montreal). Her mothers late husband was a scholar and has cabinets of old files in the basement, and I am assuming of bunch of things over the years. My caller does not want her mom to spend her remaining time stressing about the removal of some unwanted/no longer relevant stuff. So I said I would work with her to find decluttering services for a senior.

Additionally, even though her mother has a good support system around her, she is worried about basic maintenance things around the house. I suppose the details would require a further conversation with the actual client.

But in conclusion, my question would be as follows

  *   Do you offer any sort of decluttering, removal service?
  *   Do you offer any sort of personal assistance like basic house maintenance?

If this is suitable work for you and your team, please let me know and I will add it to a list of references she can use!
