I want to make sure I get this updated ASAP so we don't have a loss of service. I reached out to Malin to inquire about this--if Malin has this info--and received a relatively generic support reply. I can update payment info in JazzHR but I have no company card to utilize this with. Who is the best person to reach out to to acquire this information? You can update your credit card information right in the JazzHR platform: - Select your initials in the top right corner - Select Billing & Invoices - You should be able to add your new CC info here. You also mentioned that Angie Kunnath has left the company. You can deactivate her account quickly and easily in JazzHR: - Select Settings > People - Select the arrow on the far right of the users name > then select "Deactivate" - See the attached image.
