I spoke with Jonelle, and she confirmed that we are now an approved provider. They received everything necessary, and they are processing the invoices. The clients should start receiving their reimbursements soon.
However, please note that they were unable to provide specific information regarding reimbursements due to HIPAA restrictions.
Could you please let me know when the reimbursements begin or if there is anything else we can do to assist?
