Please see attached.
Shirley Potashner bank statement is showing a payment to TheKey in the
amount of  $12,481.62 on June 6, 2023.
Our records in Netsuite do not show the payment.
Was the payment received on your end?

I also calculated what we paid and it was close to $31000 you have 21000
