Hello Will,

I found a claims phone# online for BCBS Medicare Advantage plan and got
passed around a bit, but no one could really seem to assist with the
question of what they need in order to process a claim. They did ask for
our Medicare provider ID#, which I explained we do not have, which did not
seem to get me much further than an initial phone call introducing myself
and what I wanted to investigate further with them.

I found this document online which lists the claims requirements, and from
what they list, we cannot provide.
