I'm trying to figure out a way for us to get payment as swiftly as possible. The financial advisor needs to see its legitimate cost. Is there anything we can provide aside from the invoices to show this balance is owed by the family. I think if we have any communication from the facility saying it's owed by the family, I can try and figure something out with the financial advisor. @Gerard Draetta the 30k settlement is not sufficient enough, the balance is at 96k. We would have lost a lot of money. At Least we need to try and get them to give us a minimum 60k. If you see Lisa's email, the financial advisor is just requesting additional documents to see if services were legitimate, if we can get some sort of service agreement and communication from the facility, we can try and settle this.
