My apologies as it was my understanding from Chuck that corporate had taken over ownership of this office and I stopped checking the mail. Sorry that you have to deal with this. I found a key (via Lindsey) that I think should open the mailbox in the main foyer. I will see if I can dig up the water/waste bill and pay online to save you the hassle. I will keep you posted.
